Moving from one church to the next is a critical juncture in pastoral ministry, full of promise and potential pitfalls. The Lewis Center for Church Leadership offers resources addressing the unique leadership challenges that come as clergy transition into new ministry settings.

The Lewis Center offers "Right Start" Conferences in partnership with annual conferences to support pastors transitioning to new congregations. It also provides resources and materials for those preparing to move.
